Whether you grew up in the generation of Ricky Martin's "The Cup of Life" or Shakira's "Waka Waka," it's time to announce that the FIFA world cup might just have its third anthemic hit by latin stars. According toFIFA, a brand new Pitbull and Jeniffer Lopez collaboration called "We Are One (Ole Ola)" has been named as the official anthem for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. The song also features Brazilian singer Claudia Leitte, and will be performed at the opening of the football tournament at the Arena de Sao Paulo on 12 June, 2014.

"I'm honored to join Jennifer Lopez and Claudia Leitte at the FIFA World Cup to bring the world together," Pitbull said in a statement. "I truly believe that this great game and the power of music will help unify us, because we are best when we are one."

Jeniffer Lopez had a much more personal link to the collaboration. When approached for a statement the "Jenny From the Block" singer took it back to her roots.

"I grew up in a house that loved futbol, so I am thrilled to be performing at the World Cup Opening Ceremonies with Pitbull and Claudia Leitte," says Jennifer Lopez. "This is an amazing celebration of global unity, competition and the sport."

The track will be released later this year in the lead up to the World Cup. It will also be included on the upcoming official 2014 Fifa World Cup album.

Step2: When you click on registration, Now a new dialog appears that is asking for Name, Last Name, Email Address and Serial Key.

Step3: Now Enter you name, last name, email address and in field of Serial Key enter any of the following Keys:

Crack Internet Download Manager in Windows 7/Windows 8

For Windows 7 users, due to security reasons you will not be able to save hosts file. So You have to change security Properties of file.

The Process is as below:

• First of all go to C:/ drive (or any other if your windows is installed on any other driver) then go to Windows Folder and then go to System32 folder and then go to Drivers folder and then go to Etc Folder. In the Etc folder you will see the hosts file.
• Now right click on hosts file and go to its properties, 
• Go to security tab and then select your admin account, just below u will see an edit button (in front of change permissions), Click on Edit Button to open a dialog box.

 

• Now give the user full control and then click on apply and then click on OK, now u will be able to edit the hosts file and save changes in it.

पोखरा, sept 24, 2013- प्राकृतिक सुन्दरता र पर्यावरणीय विविधताले सम्पन्न पोखरा उपत्यका बाहिरबाट अवलोकन गर्दा जति सुन्दर र मनमोहक छ त्यसभन्दा बढी यसको भौगोलिक संरचना र धरातलीय स्वरुप कमजोर रहेको छ ।

पोखराका केही स्थानहरु सम्वेदनशील र कमजोर भू संरचनाका कारण भासिने खतरा भएको विज्ञहरुले बताएका छन् । विभिन्न समयमा भएका अध्ययन र अनुसन्धानले यसको पुष्टि समेत गरेको छ ।

भूगर्भ शास्त्रीहरुले कल्पनै नगरेको स्थानमा समय समयमा जमिन भासिनाले यसको पुष्टि भएको छ । यस्ता घटनाले जनमानसमा सन्त्रास फैलाउने काम समेत गरेको छ । प्रायजसो वर्षादको समयमा अविरल परेको वर्षासँगै पोखरा उपत्यका भित्रका विभिन्न स्थानहरुमा जमिन भासिने गर्दछ ।

पोखरा उपत्यकाको संरचना आफैमा स्थापनाकालीन पृथ्वीको उत्पत्ति हुँदाको बखत नभई करिव १० हजार वर्ष पहिले सेती नदीमा पटक पटक आएको उच्च बाढीले निर्मित भएको विश्वास भूगर्भ शास्त्रीको छ ।

कमजोर भूसतहकै कारण कुनै पनि समयमा जान सक्ने सानो भूकम्पले पनि पोखरा उपत्यकामा गम्भीर क्षति पुग्न सक्ने पृथ्वीनारायण क्याम्पस भूगोल शास्त्र विभागका विभागीय प्रमुख सहप्राध्यापक डा. कृष्ण के. सी. को भनाइ छ ।

के. सी. का अनुसार पोखरा उपत्यकाको निर्माण तीन तहको संरचनामा आधारित छ । जसमा तल्लाकोट फर्मेसन, घाचोक फर्मेसन र पोखरा फर्मेसन रहेका छन् । यी तीन फर्मेसनले कास्की जिल्लाको माछापुच्छ्रे गाविसको मिश्रापबाट सेती नदीको दायाँबायाँ किनारदेखि तनहूँको रानीपोखरी हुँदै भिमादसम्मको भागलाई समेट्ने गर्दछ ।

तीन संरचनामा रहेको पोखरा उपत्यका ग्रावेलले पुरिएको र ग्रावेल युक्त कङकी्रटलाई चुनयुक्त पदार्थको मिसावटले बाँधेको भूगर्भशास्त्री के. सी. बताउनुहुन्छ ।

चुनयुक्त पदार्थ कङकि्रटमा टाँिसएर रहे पनि त्यस स्थानमा पानी परेपछि चुन पग्लिने र चुन भएको ठाउँमा ससाना प्वाल पर्ने गर्दछ । निरन्तर चुनयुक्त पदार्थ पानीमा घोलिएपछि त्यस स्थानमा प्वालहरु ठूला पर्ने गर्दछन्‌। जमिन भाँसिनुको कारण यही हो ।

पोखरा उपत्यकाको भूगर्भभित्र पनि चुन पग्लिएर बनेका यस्ता थुप्रै ठूलाठूला खाली भागहरु रहेका छन् । सतहमा बनाइने ठूला भवनहरु र बेला बेलामा जाने भूकम्पले सो स्थानको जमिन भासिने गर्दछ । पोखरामा सम्वेदनशील रहेका यस्ता क्षेत्रहरुमा रंगशालाको दक्षिण भाग, एसओएस क्षेत्र, रातो पैह्रो, हरियाखर्कको सेती नदीका पूर्वी भाग रहेका छन् ।

यसै क्षेत्रका पश्चिमी भाग पनि जोखिममा रहेको सन् २००० मा जर्मनीको एक संस्था र नेपालस्थित खानी तथा भूगर्भ विभागले तयार पारेको नक्सा जियोलोजिकल म्यापमा पनि देख्न सकिन्छ । उक्त नक्सामा पोखरा उपमहानगरपालिकाका अन्य जोखिम क्षेत्रहरु पनि समेटिएका छन्‌ जसमा विरौटादेखि पश्चिम छोरेपाटन र पार्दी खोलाको वरपरको भाग रहेको छ ।

यी बाहेक नदीपुर, न्यूरोड ढाँड जनप्रिय क्याम्पस र फिर्के वरपरको भाग पनि जोखिममा रहेका क्षेत्र हुन् । यी स्थानलाई जियोलोजिकल म्यापले पनि सम्वेदनशील क्षेत्र भनी जोखिमको सूचिमा राखिसकेको छ ।

पोखरा उपत्यकाको संरचना नै बलौटे माटो र पत्थरको संरचनाले बनेको हुँदा चुनयुक्त पदार्थमा पानी परेपछि चुन पग्लने र प्वाल पर्दै जाने हुँदा घना बस्ती र सानै रेक्टर स्केलको भूकम्पले पनि ठूलो क्षति पुग्ने भूगोलविद् तथा पृथ्वीनारायण क्याम्पस भूगोल विभागका सहप्राध्यापक डा. केदार बस्नेतको भनाइ छ । आवास र औद्योगिक निर्माणले कमजोर भूसतह भएको स्थानमा भार पर्ने, यस्ता निर्माणहरु बनिसकेपछि नाला पानी काट्ने ठाउँ र बलेनीको निकास राम्रोसँग खुल्न नसक्दा सो पानीले भूगर्भको चुन पगाल्ने र सो स्थानमा भासिने बस्नेतले बताउनुभयो ।

अहिले सेती नदी बाढी आउनुपूर्वको १० हजार वर्ष पहिलेको स्थिति सतहमा पुगिसकेको र अब त्यसभन्दा बढी नगहिरिने भूगर्भशास्त्रीहरुको धारणा छ । भाँसिने ठाउँका बारेमा र भूकम्पबाट हुने जनधनको क्षति न्यूनिकरणका लागि बच्न जियोलोजिकल म्यापले छुट्याएका सम्वेदनशील क्षेत्रहरुमा निर्माण कार्य गर्दा सावधानी अपनाउनुपर्ने डा. के.सी. र बस्नेतको सुझाव छ।

पोखरा उपत्यकामा बनेका तालहरु पनि सेतीमा आएको बाढीकै कारण सेती नदीका सहायक खोलाहरुको मुख थुनिएर निर्माण भएको भूगर्भशास्त्रीको भनाइ छ । त्यसरी बाढीले शाखा खोलाहरुको मुख थुन्दा बन्न पुगेका तालहरु पोखरा भित्र नौ वटा रहेका छन् । ती मध्ये दोभान खोला थुनिएर रुपा, स्याङखुदी थुनिएर बेगनास, हर्पन खोला थुनिएर बेगनास लगायतका तालहरु बनेको भूगर्भ शास्त्रीहरु बताउँछन् ।

पोखरा, मंसिर १२ - सहरको उत्तरी भेग अर्मलास्थित मजुवा खहरेमा भ्वाङ परेर जमिन भासिएपछि ५० घरपरिवार विस्थापित भएका छन् । घरभित्रैको भान्सादेखि वरिपरिको भूभाग भासिन गएकाले त्रसित भई कसैले पूरै घर छाडेर हिँडेका छन् भने कतिपयले राति बस्न छाडेका छन् ।

पाँच दिनदेखि देखा पर्न थालेको भ्वाङ बढ्दै गएपछि मंगलबारसम्म १८ परिवारले घरका सामानसमेत निकालेर अन्यत्र गएको अर्मलाका सचिव रामचन्द्र पौडेलले जानकारी दिए ।

आफन्त खोज्दै घर पूरै छाडेका तथा दिउँसो आउने तर राति नबस्नेहरू गरी हालसम्म ५० घर जोखिममा रहेको उनले बताए ।

जमिनको सतह एकाएक खसेर कतै पानी निस्कने त कतै सुख्खा खाडल परेका छन् । त्यस्ता खाडल अहिलेसम्म ३५ वटा देखिएको सचिव पौडेलले बताए । बिहीबार पसबहादुर परियारको घर भासिएपछि स्थानीयमा त्रास बढेको हो । खहरे खोलाको करिब ३ सय ५० मिटर लम्बाइ आसपासमा ७५ मिटर परसम्म भ्वाङ परेका छन् ।

'घर वरिपरि भ्वाङ परेपछि घरै भत्कने खतरा भयो । अलि परको घरमा डेरा गरेर बस्न थालें,' म्याग्दीबाट तीन वर्षअघि आएर दुईतले पक्की घर बनाएका कुमार छन्त्यालले भने, 'आएर बसौं भने खाडल पर्ने डर नबसौं बल्लतल्ल बनाएको घर छाडेर कहाँ जाम् ।' उनका घरमा भाडामा बस्ने ७ जना अरू पनि डेरा छाडेर गइसके । पृथ्वीनारायण क्याम्पस पढाउने हिमलाल आचार्यको तीनतले पक्की घर चर्किएपछि भत्कने खतरा रहेको उनी बताउँछन् ।

भ्वाङबाट महेन्द्र गुफा, काला मुडा कृषि सडक, विद्युत् र टेलिफोन लाइन एवं पोखरा ल्याएको खानेपानी पाइपसमेत जोखिममा रहेको भन्दै स्थानीयले समिति बनाई संरक्षणको माग गरेका छन् ।

गाविसले जानकारी गराएपछि जिविस, प्रशासनमार्फत खानी तथा भूगर्भ विभागको विशेषज्ञसहितको टोलीले स्थलगत अध्ययन गरेको

छ । सन् १९९८ मा विभागले गरेको अध्ययनमा यो क्षेत्र जोखिमयुक्त भनी पहिचान गरेको थियो । भ्वाङहरू दुईदेखि तीन र पाँच मिटरसम्मको गहिराइका छन् ।

विशेषज्ञहरूले यो क्षेत्र भौगर्भिक हिसाबले अत्यन्त कमजोर अवस्थामा रहेको बताएका छन् । सतहको आधा मिटर माटोमुनि पाँगो माटो र ग्राभेलको तह र तल्लो भागमा कमेरे माटोकोे तह रहेको जमिन भएकाले भित्रभित्रै फैलिएको पानी बाहिर निस्कँदा कमजोर भित्री भाग खस्न जाँदा खाडल परेको उनीहरूले बताए । विभागबाट खानी तथा भूगर्भविद्द्वय लीलानाथ रिमाल र कुशल नन्दन पोखरेलले यहाँ दुई दिन स्थलगत अध्ययनपछि जिविसलाई प्रारम्भिक प्रतिवेदन बुझाएका छन् ।

अतिक्रमणले विपद

विज्ञहरूको प्रतिवेदनमा कमजोर बनोटमा मानवीय अतिक्रमणका कारण भूक्षयको समस्या आएको उल्लेख छ । 'भ्वाङहरू सिर्जना हुने मुख्य कारण प्राकृतिक रूपमा रहेको खहरे खोलाको प्रवाहमा अवरोध पुग्नु हो,' प्रतिवेदनमा लेखिएको छ । पानी जाने खोला अतिक्रमण हुनु तथा सडक बनाउने क्रममा खोलाको सतहलाई तीन मिटरमाथि उठाएर पानी बग्न प्राकृतिक बाटोमा अवरोध भएपछि वैकल्पिक निकास बनाउने क्रममा भ्वाङहरू परेर विपद सिर्जना भएको उनीहरूले औंल्याएका छन् ।

स्थानीयले पनि खोला अतिक्रमण भएर हिउँदमा खहरेमा पानी बग्न छाडेको बताए । ५ देखि १२ मिटरसम्म खोलाको क्षेत्र नक्सामा पनि देखिन्छ । तर अहिले खोलाको भाग दुई मिटर पनि छैन । वरिपरि कतै घर बनेका छन् भने कतै खेती गरिएको छ । स्थानीय ६५ वषर्ीय कृष्णबहादुर कार्कीले भने, 'खहरेका दुईतिरका जग्गावालाले मिच्दै गए । पानी खोलामा जान नपाएपछि भित्रभित्रै जाँदा कमजोर बनोट तल झर्‍यो ।' अर्का धर्मराज गुरुङले भने, 'जमिनको लोभ गर्दा विपत्ति सिर्जना भयो ।'

खोला बनाउँदै उद्धार

भ्वाङबाट हुने भूक्षय न्यूनीकरणका लागि खोला बनाउन थालिएको छ । जमिनमुनि गएको पानीलाई खहरेको सतहमा बगाउने उपाय विज्ञहरूले सुझाएपछि उद्धार थलिएको हो । खहरे पुरिएपछि पानी जाने ठाउँ नपाएर समस्या भएकाले खहरेलाई गहिरो बनाउन डोजर लगाइएको स्थानीय विकास अधिकारी ईश्वरराज पौडेलले बताए । 'तत्काल ठूलो क्षति भइनसकेकाले अन्य राहतभन्दा पनि रोकथामका लागि पानी कटाउनुपरेको हो,' पौडेलले कान्तिपुरसँग भने । यसैबीच पौखरा ल्याएको खानेपानीसमेत जोखिममा रहेकाले रातिको समयमा यस क्षेत्रबाट आपूर्ति हुने पानी रोकिएको छ ।

निर्माणमा रोक

यसैबीच जिविसको सक्रियतामा बिहीबार स्थानीय प्रतिनिधिसमेतको बैठकले प्रभावित क्षेत्रमा कुनै पनि निर्माणको काम गर्न रोक लगाएको छ । खहरे किनारदेखि दुवैतिर ७५ मिटर अति जोखिम क्षेत्र भएकाले घर वा कुनै पनि संरचना बनाउन रोक लगाउने निर्णय गरेको पौडेलले बताए ।
